Payments are structured into progressive milestones aligned with completed project stages (e.g., Deposit, Demolition & Rough-in, Waterproofing & Tiling, Fit-out, and Final Handover).

Yes. While we partner with premium Adelaide stone yards and tile importers, client-supplied fixtures are welcome provided they meet WaterMark certifications and Australian building codes. We review all technical specification sheets during the design phase to ensure seamless trade integration.

In most single-room renovations (such as a master bathroom or laundry), clients remain living comfortably in their home. We install temporary dust partitions, floor protection runners, and maintain strict daily job-site cleaning protocols to minimize impact on your household routine.
